   Steve was a tremendous help in the sale of my large family home. His marketing expertise was obvious in the response of the people who viewed my home. One of the most important aspects of any business or personal relationship (at least in my opinion), is trust. That being said, not one time during either of our home transactions did I wonder if Steve was leading us in the right direction. His patience and willingness to go the extra mile ended with my wife and I finding our perfect first home.

Fast forward a couple years, and on a last-minute trip to visit family in Florida, my wife and I stumbled across a house that we just fell in love with. On our drive back to Atlanta, on a Sunday, we called Steve and told him we were thinking about listing. Steve then drove an hour to meet us that same Sunday night to explain the process. Now you may think the above mentioned would be enough to solidify his standing upon the Metro Atlanta realtor podium. But just you wait.

As I mentioned, Sunday night we decided to list. Monday morning, painters and pressure washers were at our home. Tuesday, a staging consultant he hired arrived to help get the home picture ready. Wednesday, the photographer was on site. Thursday before lunch we received gorgeous photos back. Thursday afternoon our home was on MLS. By Friday before 5, just five short days later, our home had multiple offers well over asking. The cherry on top, two weeks later our home was closed on. I also want to mention that while all of these people were on our home getting it ready, Steve was washing windows, dusting, taking off screens. Just going above and beyond every step of the way.

I say all this to say, my wife and I were lucky to find Steve. I truly am sad that the next time we sell our home, that it won’t be with Steve. If you stumble across this review, and you are looking for is one to guide you through this stressful, sometimes scary process, then stop your search. Because Steve is not just a great Realtor, he is a great person and someone I would now call a friend!

My husband and I are first time home owners in Georgia . Steve Jamski is one of the most amazing persons I have ever come across. To begin with, I am the toughest person for a sale to be made. Steven is super patient, keen and very understanding. If there is another adjective for Patience, I would call it "STEVE JAMSKI". Our journey with Steve started over 2 years while we were searching for homes. Not once did I hear the man huff or puff. Steve never complained. We saw more than 300+ homes. Steve was available every time we asked for him and even when he was busy, he always made himself available to us.     Steve was definitely the most impressive Real Estate Agent I have ever worked with.
